- Anti Crack: Install a tile underlayment between substrate and tile. It uncouples the tile from inevitable substrate changes (expansion, contraction, cracking), preventing damage from transferring upward

- Vaper Control: The uncoupling membrane features built-in air channels at its base, allowing for free air circulation. The membrane is suitable for installation over damp substrates or young concrete that is not fully cured. It also slows the rate of water loss in concrete, enhancing the curing process and improving overall quality
- Load Balance: Tests show it holds up well under heavy loads and helps keep your tile floor looking good. The flooring underlayment has a special grid pattern on its underside. When you spread it over mortar, the mortar fills these gaps and hardens into little columns. These columns will support the tile from below. And the membrane keeps the tile and subfloor separate—so if the subfloor shifts, the tile won't crack. It also spreads out the weight from heavy things like furniture or foot traffic
